Cashback policy

This Cashback Policy applies only to selected business to business clients of Creative Edge who have a valid signed agreement in place for the relevant service or project. It does not apply to consumers, private individuals, one off purchases without contract, digital downloads, academy purchases, or any other product or service unless expressly confirmed in writing by Creative Edge.

This Cashback Policy should be read together with the applicable service agreement, statement of work, proposal, quotation, invoice, Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policy. If there is any conflict between this Cashback Policy and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement will prevail for that client relationship.

1. limited b2b applicability

This policy applies only where all of the following conditions are met:

  • the client is a business customer and not a consumer

  • a written contract, proposal, or service agreement has been signed by both parties

  • the cashback arrangement has been expressly approved by Creative Edge

  • the cashback arrangement is documented in writing, whether in the contract, proposal, addendum, or separate written confirmation

No client is automatically entitled to cashback. Cashback is not a standard right and is only available where Creative Edge has granted it as part of a specific business arrangement.

2. internal approval required

Any cashback guarantee, cashback promise, or cashback eligibility is subject to an internal review and signed approval by Creative Edge. Cashback only becomes valid when Creative Edge has clearly confirmed it in writing.

Verbal discussions, informal messages, sales conversations, draft proposals, or marketing language do not create an automatic right to cashback unless they are included in a final signed agreement or separately confirmed in writing by Creative Edge.

3. service specific structure

Cashback may differ depending on the service, offer, project structure, commercial terms, or campaign model involved. The exact cashback conditions, scope, amount, and criteria may therefore vary from one client agreement to another.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cashback usually applies only to the first month of a recurring service or to the first phase or initial amount of a project.

4. what cashback means

For the purpose of this policy, cashback means a partial or full reimbursement of the fees due to Creative Edge for the eligible first service period or first agreed project amount, subject to the exclusions and conditions described below.

Cashback is not the same as a full refund of all amounts paid by the client. Cashback never includes third party or pass through costs already incurred on behalf of the client.

5. excluded costs

Any cashback, if granted, excludes all external or non recoverable costs already incurred. This includes, without limitation:

  • ad spend or media budget

  • software costs

  • platform fees

  • paid tools and subscriptions

  • program costs

  • contractor costs

  • freelancer costs

  • hosting fees

  • third party licenses

  • payment processing fees where non recoverable

  • any other external cost or disbursement made for the client or project

Only the eligible Creative Edge service fee portion, if any, may be considered for cashback.

6. conditions for eligibility

A client may only be considered for cashback if all applicable conditions have been met, including where relevant:

  • the client has signed the required agreement

  • all payments due have been made on time

  • the client has provided the necessary access, approvals, feedback, assets, and cooperation needed for delivery

  • the client has complied with the contract and has not caused delays, restrictions, or scope issues

  • the cashback request falls within the period stated in the applicable agreement

  • Creative Edge determines that the conditions of the cashback arrangement have been satisfied

If the client breaches the agreement, delays delivery, withholds necessary cooperation, fails to make payment, changes scope, or otherwise interferes with the agreed execution, Creative Edge may refuse or cancel any cashback eligibility.

7. non automatic and discretionary nature

Cashback is not automatic. Even where a client may be considered eligible in principle, cashback remains subject to verification and final written confirmation by Creative Edge in accordance with the signed arrangement.

Creative Edge reserves the right to assess whether the contractual conditions for cashback have actually been fulfilled. Where the agreement states that cashback depends on internal approval or signed decision, the client acknowledges that no cashback right exists unless and until that approval has been formally granted.

8. no application to consumers or standard purchases

This Cashback Policy does not apply to:

  • consumers or private individuals

  • standard website purchases without signed contract

  • downloadable products

  • academy products, courses, or challenges

  • one time digital purchases

  • services or projects where no cashback arrangement was agreed in writing

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, all other products and services remain subject only to the standard contractual and refund terms of Creative Edge.

9. process for cashback request

If a business client believes it qualifies for cashback under a signed agreement, the client must contact Creative Edge in writing and provide:

  • the company name

  • the contact person name

  • the relevant contract, proposal, or agreement reference

  • the invoice or payment reference

  • the reason why the client believes cashback applies

  • any supporting documentation reasonably requested by Creative Edge

Creative Edge will review the request against the signed agreement and internal approval records, and will confirm in writing whether cashback applies.

10. timing of cashback

If cashback is approved, Creative Edge will determine the reasonable timeline and method for processing it. Any cashback may be issued as a bank transfer, invoice credit, account credit, or other reasonable method chosen by Creative Edge unless the signed agreement states otherwise.

11. no waiver of legal rights

Nothing in this Cashback Policy limits any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law. At the same time, this Cashback Policy is intended only for business to business relationships and should be interpreted accordingly.

12. governing documents

This Cashback Policy forms a supplementary commercial policy and does not replace the main client agreement. The signed contract, proposal, or statement of work remains the primary document governing the commercial relationship.

13. changes to this policy

Creative Edge may update or withdraw this Cashback Policy at any time for future agreements. Any cashback arrangement already confirmed in a signed agreement will continue to be governed by the version or wording applicable to that agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
