Refund policy

Creative Edge Studio primarily sells digital goods and digital services. Because our products are delivered electronically and our services are often custom or made to order, we do not offer refunds as a general rule once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.
This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. no general refund policy
As a rule, Creative Edge does not provide refunds for:
digital downloads.
digital files or assets delivered electronically.
completed digital services.
custom work, strategy work, design work, consulting, or other made to order services.
subscriptions, retainers, or service periods that have already started.
Once a digital file, download, or service has been delivered or made available, the purchase is considered final unless there is a qualifying issue described in this policy or a mandatory legal right applies.
2. digital goods and downloads
Creative Edge does not sell physical goods. Our products are digital and are delivered electronically after purchase. Because of this, returns do not apply in the same way as they do for physical products.
For digital content, refund rights may be limited where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate access or immediate performance and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins, where permitted by applicable law.
3. exceptions for serious issues
A refund or replacement may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as when:
the download link does not work and the issue cannot be resolved.
the file is corrupted or unusable and a working replacement cannot be provided.
the purchased digital service cannot be delivered because of a serious technical or operational issue on our side.
Creative Edge is unable to provide the service as agreed.
a mandatory refund or legal remedy is required by applicable law.
If a problem occurs, we will usually first try to repair the issue, provide a replacement, or deliver the service again rather than issue a refund.
4. how to report a problem
If you experience a problem with a download, file, or service, contact us as soon as possible at contact@creative-edge.studio and include:
your name.
the email address used for the purchase.
the order or invoice number.
a short description of the issue.
screenshots or other evidence, if available.
We will review the issue and determine whether a fix, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
5. review period
There is no fixed refund timeline because each case depends on the type of product, the nature of the issue, and whether the problem can be solved technically or operationally. Serious issues will be reviewed individually and handled as quickly as reasonably possible.
6. chargebacks and disputes
If you have a problem, please contact Creative Edge first so the issue can be reviewed and resolved directly. Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior contact may delay resolution and may be contested where appropriate.
7. consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights that may apply under Belgian or European consumer law. Where a legal right of withdrawal or other mandatory remedy applies and has not been validly excluded, that right remains in force.
